The personal data processed by the Data Controller in accordance with the principles of legality, correctness, transparency, limitation of purpose and conservation, minimization, accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality fall within the category of common data (identifying and contact data, such as name, surname, telephone, email).

Methods of Processing

The processing of personal data will be carried out in compliance with the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree No. 196/2003) and the GDPR, with the support of paper, electronic or telematic means, manually and automatically, for the purposes indicated below in this policy. The personal data processed are not subject to dissemination and are handled exclusively by the Data Controller’s staff who are duly authorized and specifically trained and instructed. No automated decision-making processes or profiling activities are performed.

Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing

I, Andrea Lovato, Data Controller, inform you pursuant to Art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/2003 (“Privacy Code”) and Art. 13 EU Regulation 679/2016 (“GDPR”) that the data you provide through the contact forms on the costantiniana.org site (e.g., name, surname, email), upon your acceptance of data processing, are electronically processed for the following purposes:

1. With your specific consent pursuant to Art. 24 par. 1 lett. b Privacy Code and Art. 6 par. 1 lett. b GDPR:
   • to receive information requests
   • to manage marketing campaigns where specified by consent

As a data subject, you may exercise all the rights under Art. 7 Privacy Code and Art. 15 GDPR, including requesting to be removed from any marketing lists or objecting to their processing for legitimate reasons or for promotional contact purposes. Where applicable, you also have the rights under Articles 16-21 GDPR (Right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object), as well as the right to complain to the Supervisory Authority.

By filling in the information request forms, you are giving consent to data processing in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 196 dated June 30, 2003, and subsequent amendments.
